Inspect your order upon receipt. We must be notified within (three days) of receipt of your order of any shortages or damages. All returns must be authorized in writing by heelzandhandbagz.com prior to shipment. Identification labels will be provided. Returns without an authorization label will be returned. Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, packed in a protective corrugated box and returned within 30 days. Please note, no credit can be issued for any product that is not in its original packaging when returned. Saleable merchandise accepted will be subject to a restocking charge.
